The land of the Underleaf -- The Trill of the Appoggiatura

Things here in this part of the Land of the Underleaf, the adventure continues. I am currently in one of the outlying valleys of the Kingdom where I've been for about a season. Pollup and EEEgore seem to still be up to their usual frivoloties. These two ground-bound elfics seem to carry with them the belief that they are much more powered than the King of Stumps ever intended. This sort of misunderstanding is not new to the land, and of course, we'll see it again. It's just a bit unsettling because the Pollup and the gang of dark ones seem to think they can move across the Land of the Stumps with out stirring up the ire of the Filly Dills. Most of the Land love the Fillys and see them as charming and amusing little creatures who also happen to be harmless. For those of you who either haven't heard or perhaps don't remember, The Filly Dills are little Bewinged Fat Ladies who mainly exist on the gift of Honey and who seem to be the gentlist of creatures. However, The Fillys have a direct line to the rather large Ears of the King of Stumps. When they have a message -- The King himself listens and he is listening. His Highness would much rather sit comfortably on his stump throne receiving his sustenance directly from the earth. He doesn't seem to enjoy having to stand up to an ill-wind. His response might be as subtle as usual, but he will react non-the-less.
