Sunday morning and I've eaten breakfast -- visited with some friends, Read the Sunday Paper and checked out the TV guide in order to plan my television viewing for the week. Vivian is a really lovely lady in her 80s who has been nice enough to befriend me.
Shirley(SPELLING) her daughter-in-law dropped by to visit with her before she heads off to church. I've recently returned to this Blogging thing and it's fun. I realize that as I write and publish for the entire world to see -- that there are things I'd love to share with you, but it wouldn't be judicious for me to share some things at this time. My friend in the room next door, Emily Lynn, has been brought to the hallway this morning - waiting for her son. It's really nice to see them together. He is obviously a loving and protective son. He has expressed his extreme unhappiness about the overall care that his mother is receiving here at Grace Health Care. She might be leaving here. I hope they can work it out so that she can stay. I know that my own care here at this so-called "Skilled nursing facility" -- with a few glaring exceptions - has been good. I'll just tell you this -- According to Jeff Buckley,
"IT TAKES COURAGE TO BE GENTLE AND KIND" Some of the management level employees here have more courage than others.
This experience has finally given me time to think and meditate -- - at Peacockjp@aol.com or indeed, right here.
May the Gods look down on you sweetly.
Till next time -- I'm
